然后传奇选Warmaster,拿AP分配器(Shock and Awe (24th level): Whenever you spend an action point to take an extra action, one ally within 5 squares of you can also take an extra action on his or her next turn.)
30级再拿每轮AP使用次数无限(Tactical Genius (30th level): During an encounter, you can spend as many of your action points as you want.)
最后配合政委自己的架势,只要用一次AP,就能免费普攻一次,先跑远了,远程射射不错

an extra action, that character can make a basic attack as
a free action before taking the extra action.

you gain a bonus to damage rolls against bloodied enemies
equal to your Charisma modifier.
