原料：

长茄子1个、泡椒4个、葱1段、姜1块、蒜2瓣。

调料：

酱油10ML、米醋20ML、料酒5ML、糖10克、水淀粉20ML。

做法：

1、茄子洗净，切成滚刀块, 泡椒、葱、姜蒜分别切碎，所有调料混合成汁；

2、锅中不要倒油，将茄子块放入锅中干煸；

3、不断翻炒至茄子颜色变深，有些变小时盛出；

4、锅中倒入少许油，放入姜、蒜碎爆出香味，倒入切碎的泡椒，炒出香味；

5、倒入已炒过的茄子，翻炒几下；

6、倒入调味汁、翻炒待汤汁变浓稠；

7、撒入葱花即可出锅。

备注：

1、炒之前先将茄子在锅中干煸一会，使茄子水分挥发掉一些，再炒就不易吸油；

2、如果不吃辣，可去掉泡椒，直接使用调味汁，味道也很不错，但要适量加些盐。

我就说2点：
1、该团的背景虽然简单，但还是请按背景来。即PC为一个旅行团的成员。

2、关于专长【安定心神】，因为精神只是一个人物是否死亡的一个指标而已，所以根据精神确定的SP和根据生命力确定的HP是一样的。所以只要SP减少到0或者更低，人物即为死亡。总觉得【安定心神】的专长无法作用。

此外，不得不说的是，该人物很容易死亡(脑死)。而且精神1说明该人物神经系统有先天性缺陷，即白痴。
