Nightmare Master
Prerequisite: 11th level, assassin
Benefit: When you hit a creature with a fear power, the creature is dazed until the start of its next turn.

DDI 的攻擊者. 你可以想像成 Dragon. 殺手能穿牆過壁和在生物的影子間傳送, 而且打不中都可能有額外的 Nd6 傷害.

Feat 倒是真的很多, 比想像中完整.

Start of next turn的话也可以使用WS的准备动作打..
