Arcana有这种用法

Identify Magical Effect: Standard action.
✦ DC: DC 20 + one-half the effect’s level, if any. You
must be able to see or otherwise detect the effect.
✦ Not a Power or a Ritual: The magical effect must
be neither from a magic item nor the product of a
power or a ritual.
✦ Success: You learn the effect’s name, power source,
and keywords, if any of those apply.
✦ Failure: You can’t try to identify the effect again
until after an extended rest.

那么Magical Effect到底是什么，请举例说明。

就是满足后面描述的3项，同时也是魔法造成的效果，比如魔法驱动的生物（还得是非power/ritual/item造成的orz），带有魔法力量的区域，等等。
举例来说，队员进入了一片森林，感到伤势以超乎寻常的速度恢复了，然后他们使用arcana来辨识魔法效果。你告诉他们这个力量叫做自然祝福（name），这是一个神术效果（power source），带有“治疗”关键字（keyword）。
基本上就是对剧情里面出现的魔法进行鉴定就是了
